W2O Pump & System Services was formed in January of 2015 as a new division of W2Operator Training Group. This latest expansion of W2O was created to round out the company’s offerings from training, water system operation and construction into the service and repair markets.

With nearly 15 years in pump maintenance and service experience, including his most recent position as service manager for a global pump manufacturer, owner Dereck Withey recognized a shortage of competent, reliable pump repair shops. While all repair facilities offer pump repair, very few offer a technical analysis of the entire pump station and detail the deficiencies that are causing the pumps to have a reduced lifespan.

W2O Pump and System Services specializes in performing a technical diagnosis of the pumping system, finding the problem areas, then developing and implement a solution. W2O is a one-stop shop for service and maintenance of pumping equipment.
